Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I just love this time of year for walking around cities, especially when its cold but dry and the beautiful autumn leaves are falling. Today we spent the afternoon in Cork city, lately I’ve been trying to explore my local city more, as we are often guilty of missing great new places right on our doorstep! There are so many gorgeous new bars, cafes and restaurants, just waiting to be discovered.
I was dying to try out the Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte and I can confirm they are AMAZING! They are absolutely loaded with calories and a whopping 50grams of sugar though, so a long walk was needed to compensate. We walked Fitzgeralds Park, then back in towards the city center again, and there were beautiful views of St Finbarrs Cathedral from Nano Nagle footbridge, which is located at Grande Parade and connects you to Sullivans Quay.
With the weather so beautiful, crisp, cold and sunny, it was the perfect opportunity to wear my cosy faux fur and funky sunglasses! My faux fur is actually a vintage find, which my mum picked up a few years ago in a charity shop and genorously gifted to me, however I’ve linked a great match to it from Boohoo. I’ve also linked the rest of my look above, including my Pumas which make you feel like you are walking on cushions – perfect for long city walks. My favourite Celine alphabet chain is no longer available, but they are launching a new version soon.
